Kendel joined Faust Goetz Schenker & Blee in 2002 and is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office. She has extensive experience defending premises liability, personal injury, PIP subrogation, and UM/UIM arbitration cases. Additionally, Kendel has focused a majority of her practice on construction litigation, and has served many leading national insurance carriers, including GMAC Insurance Company, Markel Insurance Company, Berkley Specialty, Max Specialty Insurance Company, RLI Insurance/Mt. Hawley Insurance, York Risk Services Group, Inc., and StarNet Insurance Company.
Prior to her work at the firm, Kendel spent time working for the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice and the Superior Court of Delaware. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1996 and her law degree from Seton Hall University in 1999. Kendel is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
