The core operation of the firm is a broad-based insurance defense practice covering a wide variety of first-party, third-party and fraud claims against insurance companies in New York and New Jersey. The firm maintains fully staffed offices in New York City and Livingston, New Jersey.

From the very beginning of the firm, Faust Goetz Schenker & Blee believed that success in today's law firm depends on hard work, responsive and timely communication with clients and the early formation of a litigation plan designed to outline the strategic goals of a case and the methods of achieving those goals.
