Biography

Trial Experience: Successfully tried jury and non jury cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and in the Supreme Court of New York. Cases involved varied products, including after market automotive components, passenger automobiles, trucks, and loading docks. Successfully argued Appeals involving complex second collision cases concerning ability of motor vehicles to protect occupants in crashes before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

In the Federal Court for the Southern District of for New York conducted the defense of products such as automobiles, diet drugs, and aircraft. Appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit resulting in an affirmation of a successful jury verdict from the United States Southern District of New York.
