Lisa De Lindsay

Biography:
Ms. De Lindsay is the senior associate on the New York City Housing Authority account and is well-versed in General Municipal Law and Public Housing Law. She is also the senior associate on the elevator maintenance company accounts. Additionally, she is part of the appellate practice team. Ms. De Lindsay rounds out her practice at the firm representing various businesses owners and insurance companies in matters ranging from personal injury and property damage to products liability. Prior to law school, Ms. De Lindsay served in the Peace Corps in Ghana, West Africa.

Bethea v. Weston House Dev. Fund et al., 2010 Slip Op. 1061 (1st Dept.). Alleged slip and fall on construction dust. Plaintiff’s complaint dismissed based on lack of notice and feigned issues of fact.

Nicholas J. Marino

Laura Ann Lelio

Biography:
With a background in insurance defense, PIP subrogation and property damage subrogation Ms. Lelio adds to the rich background in insurance litigation at the firm. She currently represents one of the largest title insurance companies on issues such as property line disputes, fraudulent sales, and the re-execution and re-recording of mortgages and deeds to protect the leinholders’ interests. She is presently involved in defending one of the largest construction litigation claims in Monmouth County.

Ms. Lelio has also represented our clients in multiple bench trials and jury trials on leading insurance companies prosecuting subrogation interests.

Kendel L. Stanton, based in our New Jersey office, has extensive experience defending cases in the areas of negligence and premise liability for several leading national insurance carriers.
