Elizabeth joined Faust Goetz Schenker & Blee in 2012 and is an associate in the firm’s New York office. She devotes a majority of her practice to New York Labor Law, property damage, and premises liability claims, as well as complex insurance coverage disputes. Her recent work, “The Recalcitrant Worker Defense: Current State of the Law,” was published in Defendant: The Journal of the Defense Association of New York.
She began her legal career at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office in 2007, where she worked as a Special Assistant to the District Attorney in the Special Victims Unit. Additionally, she has worked for the New York State Division of Human Rights and the National Consumer Law Center.
Elizabeth graduated with honors rom Georgetown University in 2004, and received her law degree from Boston University in 2007. She is fluent in French, and is currently studying Russian.
