Allen became associated with Faust Goetz Schenker & Blee in 2016, in the firm’s New York office. His more than three decades of experience include involvement in a wide variety of personal injury matters ranging from premises liability to construction site accidents (New York Labor Law), motor vehicle accidents and carnival ride accidents. He has handled matters both from the plaintiff and defendant points of view, and for the last two decades plus has been focusing on defending the interests of policyholders of a wide variety of insurance carriers.
Allen began his higher education career at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was awarded a B.A. (Philosophy) with honors. He earned his J.D. degree at New York Law School, and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1980. Early in his career he was exposed to a wide variety of legal arenas including bankruptcy, matrimonial, criminal and immigration work.
The accomplishment outside of work of which he is most proud is, together with his wife, having raised his amazing children – a daughter, currently a graduate student residing in Brooklyn, New York, and a son, now a college student in Connecticut.
